Seafood Stick tacos

Here at VICI we are always looking for new and exciting ways to enjoy our Seafood Sticks, like our new Seafood Stick wrap recipe!
If you are feeling even more adventurous why not change out some of the ingredients to make these completely your own For example, add some crunch by adding this filling to taco shells!
Ingredients
- Vici Surimi Royale (2 or 3 sticks per wrap)
- 3-4 Wraps
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado
- Spring onion
- Paprika
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Your favourite sauce with a kick! (we recommend Sriracha)
- Chopped Parsley or Coriander
- A squeeze of lemon
Preparation

Chop the Seafood Sticks, Avocado, Cherry tomatoes and Spring onion into chunky bitesize pieces and set aside.🥗

In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise with the hot sauce and paprika before adding the Seafood Stick bites.

Warm up the wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds, or sprinkle with water and place in a hot pan for a few seconds. 👀

Place a generous portion of the #Seafood stick mix in the middle of a wrap and spread. Add pieces of tomato, avocado and spring onion.

Top with parsley or coriander and a squeeze of lime.
