Execution of contracts
For the conclusion of contracts, sales and provision of services, the Company processes your Personal Data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, place of residence (address), date of birth, information related to your purchases (date of purchase, description of the service, price, size discounts if available). The data listed above is mandatory for the proper performance of the contract.
The data is processed on the basis of the performance of the contract and stored for 10 (ten) years.
Participation in the selection of employees for vacant jobs
Based on your consent, which you give as a candidate for a vacancy in our Company, we collect and process your resume and/or motivation letter, and/or other information that you provide to us (name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, education, place of work), information about the candidate from social networks.
If you do not submit your CV and/or cover letter, we will not be able to assess your suitability for the position.
Without your express consent to the processing of your personal data, in addition to hiring for the position for which you have applied, we undertake to delete your personal data immediately and / or within 5 (five) business days after signing the contract with the selected candidate.
Conclusion and administration of employment contracts
In order to conclude and administer an employment contract, the Company processes such Personal Data of its employees as first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, place of residence (address), personal code, date of birth, copy of an identity document, social security number, bank account, date of birth of children, data on the state of health and ability to perform a certain type of work). The above data are mandatory for concluding an employment contract and fulfilling the obligations of the employer under the law.
These data are processed in order to fulfill the contract and in accordance with the legal obligations incumbent on data operators, and are subject to storage from 1 (one) to 50 (fifty) years in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
Protecting Company Confidential Information and Ensuring Business Continuity
In order to ensure the legitimate interest in protecting the confidential information of the Company and the continuity of its business, the Company may check the correspondence of its personnel with contractors. For these purposes, the Company processes the following data: IP address, browsing history, dates and duration of websites visited, the amount of data downloaded, the name of the device used for browsing, first name, last name, email content, a summary of the employee's activities on the Internet, the content of information contained in electronic devices provided as work equipment. Such data will be stored for 4 (four) years.
Asset protection and people safety
To ensure the safety of Data Subjects (visitors and employees) and protect the assets of the Company and the assets of Data Subjects (visitors and employees), the Company maintains video surveillance. For these purposes, we process: the view covered by the surveillance cameras, the location and information about the movement of objects through the surveillance zones of the cameras, the assets in the surveillance zone, the behavior and other relevant information (date, time) received in the surveillance zone. Based on the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, these data are stored for 14 (fourteen) days from the date of their collection by the Company.
Execution of the Company's agreements with legal entities
Pursuing its legitimate interest in the execution of contracts concluded by the Company with legal entities, the Company processes the following personal data of employees of such contractors: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, content of communication. This data must be kept for 4 (four) years.
Processing of personal data of shareholders (individuals) and members of management bodies
Based on legal obligations established by law, the Company processes names, surnames, personal codes, residential addresses, dates of appointment of shareholders (individuals) and members of management bodies. The Company will keep this data for 10 (ten) years.
Personal data of contact persons for emergency cases concerning the employees of the Company
In order to fulfill the employment contract and fulfill legal obligations in accordance with the law, the Company processes the following personal data of the persons indicated by the employee as contact persons for emergency cases: first name, surname, telephone number and the nature of the relationship with the employee. This data is stored for the duration of the employment contract.
