Sandwich with surimi shrimps

This impressive-size and taste sandwich can be eaten not only for breakfast but for lunch as well! VIČI surimi shrimps can be perfectly combined with black bread and a variety of vegetables. Choose your favourite surimi shrimp taste and create unique recipes.
Ingredients
3tbsp. Greek yogurt
1 avocado
1 lime (for juice)
salads of choice
few slices of cucumber
pinch of salt and pepper
few leaves of fresh coriander
Viči shrimps from surimi
few slices of red onion
4 slices of rye bread with seeds
Preparation

Begin with the sauce: add Greek yogurt, avocado and lime juice to a mixer (you can also mix everything with a fork). Add a little bit of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and soft.

Spread the sauce on a slice of bread, top it with favorite salads, and add surimi shrimps, cucumber and red onion. Sprinkle with some coriander. Cover with another slice of bread with sauce.
