Salmon and avocado tartar

This summer-coloured salmon and avocado tartar is a great snack to surprise your guests or family. We truly recommend trying this combination of bright colours and great flavours.

Ingredients

  • Viči cold smoked salmon
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of lime juice
  • Dill
  • Radish
  • Watercress

Preparation

Chop avocado.

Mix cream cheese with lime juice, salt, pepper and dill.

Carefully add avocado to the mixture.

Put the mixture into a round shape form and put it for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator. If you do not have a cooking mould, use spoon to create desired shape.

Slice the salmon into pieces.

Take the avocado mixture out of the refrigerator and remove the form.

Place the salmon top of the avocado.

Cut thin wheels from a radish and decorate salmon with them.

Add watercress and season with pepper.
