This Japanese smoked salmon salad, which is becoming extremely popular in the world, is also known as the sky on a plate. When such an abundance of vegetables meet on a plate and everything is crowned with salmon, that’s just how it has to be! Nutritious, beautiful and very delicious.

Ingredients

  • Viči smoked salmon steak
  • Cucumber
  • Red cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Avocado
  • Radish
  • Sesame seeds
  • Wakame seaweed
  • Pickled Ginger
  • Soy sauce

Preparation

Peel carrots and cut into thin slices.

Cut cucumber into round slices.

Chop red cabbage and radish.

Cut avocado into slices and cut salmon into small cubes.

Put everything together in a bowl. Salmon on top of the others.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of salmon and other ingredients. Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
