Cheesy seafood bake

With a few minutes of preparation and only 20 minutes in the oven, served with fresh bread, carrot sticks, or even added to your favourite pasta, this dish is perfect for any occasion! 🥳️
 

Ingredients

  • 200g VICI CLASSIC Seafood sticks (shredded)
  • 200g Soft Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 100g Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 50g Parmesan (grated)
  • 1 Garlic clove (grated)
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°c fan, Gas mark 7.

In a large bowl combine the soft cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded seafood sticks, cheddar and parmesan.

Add the garlic, chilli and Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

Place the mixture into a large oven dish and bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove and place under the grill for a further 5 minutes.

Remove from the grill and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.🎉
