Frozen fish

Frozen, smoked and dried fish. A pinch of pepper and salt will suffice to capture the flavour! A touch of lemon juice and lots and lots of heat. And if you are looking for a richer flavour, go for aromatic smoked or dried fish. Of course, it doesn’t need any additional condiments to make your stomach growl. Don’t be afraid to experiment. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to make a spread for wholemeal bread, your favourite salad, or even a fragrant soup! And don’t forget, white-flesh fish will enrich your diet with plenty of protein, and red-flesh fish are full of Omega-3 and vitamin D!
