Festive herring snack with avocados and green peas

The traditional herring fillet with Himalayan salt perfectly fits with various herbs. Avocado, cucumber, lettuce. Apples, onion leaves, peas - all these ingredients not only perfectly complement herring, but also help to create a masterpiece on a plate.


  • 200g VIČI herring
  • 100g frozen green peas
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1small apple
  • green onions
  • dills
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 80g soft taste salad
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp.  honey
  • 3tbsp oil
  • 2tbsp.lemon juice
  • pinch of salt


Slice and carve avocados. Slice them into small slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Form walls from avocado, put a little bit of salad leaves and prepared salads inside. Put herring on top. Pour sauce.
Slice cucumber and apple into thin strips. Hold green peas in boiling water for 2-3min. Chop green onions and dills finely. Mix everything together.
Mix all sauce ingredients. Slice the herring.
