Surimi shrimp and avocado salad with honey-mustard sauce

Such colourful and so easy to make? Really so! This especially nutritious and delicious salad will delight everyone, because it will take only a few minutes to make. Surimi shrimp and Edamame beans are a true source of protein, thus this salad is perfect after a workout or an active day.


  • 100g salads of choice
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ lemon juice
  • handful of cherry tomatoes
  • handful of Edamame beans
  • 10 pcs. of shrimps from surimi
  • 1tsp. of honey
  • 1tsp. of grain mustard
  • 1tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 2tbsp. of olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Prepare the sauce – mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and honey. Add salt and pepper, mix everything well.
Fry Edamame beans on a pan for few minutes.
Put shredded salad leaves, avocado (sprinkle it with some lemon juice), sliced tomatoes, Edamame beans and shrimps from surimi in a bowl. Pour over with sauce.
